A group of 23 Brazilian companies recently returned from Anpic, one of the leading trade fairs for the coureiro-calçadista sector in Latin America, held in Mexico, covering the leather, footwear, machinery and textile sectors. Brazil's promotion was by the By Brasil Components, Machinery and Chemicals project, an export incentive action carried out in partnership with Assintecal, with the Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Exports and Investments (Apex-Brasil), Brazilian Association of Machinery and Equipment Industries for the Leather Sectors, Footwear and related (Abrameq). In three days, the results were beyond expectations: USD 2,218.000,00 were generated, with USD 250 thousand in direct business and the projection for the next 12 months, resulting from the contracts held during the event, already sum up USD 1.96 million.
