The 46th edition of Couromoda, which began on Monday, January 14, and is taking place this week at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo/SP, will be resuming to the national sidewalk sector. The fair, which takes place until January 17th, will have more than two thousand brands of footwear, bags and accessories and must receive more than 30,000 professional buyers, being around two thousand of them foreign, especially from Latin American markets.
The flagship event should mark a period of resumption for the sidewalk sector, which saw its production fall more than 2% over 2018. The sector is very positive with the fair, motivated by the new economic and political context. Christmas sales have been the best since 2014 and this makes shopkeepers need to replenish stocks and present news to customers. Source: Abicaladas
